Waiting list

A waiting list is a single field plus a count. far-end keeps both simple and honest.

What it does

• Collects an email address, and nothing else unless you ask for it.
• Rejects duplicate signups from double clicks and retries.
• Shows the size of the list on your page, live.
• Tracks a fixed number of seats, so a limited list stays limited.

What you see

A total number of signups, the seats taken and left, and an optional day by day view, so you can see how interest builds after a launch or a post.

Why it is safe

The email is stored because a waiting list needs it, but it is never logged and cannot be used as a statistic. The public count reveals how many people joined, never who they are.
