Feedback forms work best when they ask one thing. far-end stores the answer and lets you see the shape of it.
What it does
- Takes a rating or a short comment.
- Keeps the entry point tiny, so more people finish it.
- Groups answers only by the safe fields you choose.
What you see
A count of responses and a breakdown by rating. Very small groups are folded into an “other” bucket, so a rare answer cannot point back to a person.
Why it is safe
A rating is not personal, so it is a good candidate for grouping. Anything that looks like a name, email, or address is kept out of the statistics.
